DIY Calming Bath with Lavender + Sage Essential Oil

Ease yourself into a dreamless sleep with a hot bath and this Lavender Sage Insomnia Bath Soak. Simply fill the bathtub with hot water and add in the essential oils and cream while the water is running, in order to disperse. For fast insomnia relief, soak in this dreamy bath for 20 minutes.
