DIY Jet Lag Blend with Ginger

Traditional medicinal applications of ginger often involve digestive function, as the spice is used regularly in Indian and Chinese cuisine. And for good reason; it relieves digestive and gastrointestinal problems, like constipation and indigestion. But ginger is so much more.

The oil can be applied to sore and aching muscles for fast-acting relief, as it promotes blood circulation and relieves inflammation. The scent also energizes, so whenever you’re dragging from feelings of fatigue or exhaustion, ginger is one of the oils that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving.

Combined with the energizing and bright scents of grapefruit and juniper berry, this Jet-setting Jet Lag Blend will relieve the fatigue and lack of sleep that comes with jumping time zones.

Jet Lag Blend with Ginger

Ingredients:

6 drop Ginger Essential Oil
5 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
4 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil
15 mL Carrier Oil

Directions:

Give yourself an energy shot with this stimulating full-body massage oil.

Simply blend all oils in a small jar or container and massage all over the body for clarity and alertness.
